- Boil water in large pot. Remove from heat.
- Add Blue Elephant Rice Noodles, let stand for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Soak until noodles are soft but firm.
- Drain well and immediately toss with your favorite dishes.
- Ideal for Curry, Soup, Sauces, Spices, Vegetables, Prawns, Eggs.
