The meishi white wheat Chinese noodles, ban Mian style are hand-cut Hakka noodles, both broad as well as fine. Cook the noodles with soup adding butter and seasoning, and add tofu, meat, or vegetables according to choice. Serve as cooked noodles with butter, oyster mushroom, and Chinese sauce, or stir fry with broccoli, snow peas, and pepper.
