Soup base: sugar, flavour enhancers(ins 621, ins 627. ins 631). maltodextrin, salt, spices(black pepper, red pepper), hydrolysed ingredients: ets 9 kcal (1,9 vegetable protein(soy, corn), thickener (ins 414). glucose, potato starch, yeast extract, vegetable oils(soy), colour(ins 150c), citric acid, soy sauce(0.001 %), natural flavours.

Smooth, firm and chewy noodles that everyone loves with a specialised seasoning oil to mix in, creating an intense rich flavour that packs a punch! It has a sweet and spicy taste with shiitake mushroom and fish cakes stamped with the Shin logo. *This product is Halal certified.

Preparation and Usage/Cooking Instructions (if any): 

Boil 500 ml of water. Add noodles and flakes. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring the noodles frequently. Remove from heat and strain the noodles (keep 30 ml of water). Add soup base and seasoning oil. Mix well and serve.
