Product Features / information: 

This is the oriental style Udon which is soft noodles and clear soup taste in addition to the fresh raw-materials. Noodles are thick, smooth, soft but bouncy. It comes with soupy base and umami flavour.

Store in a cool dry place avoid direct sunlight.

Preparation and Usage/Cooking Instructions (if any): 

1. Put the noodles, soup base, and flakes into 550ml of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
2. For better taste, add fresh vegetables and scallions, if desired.
